Intellectual property

VELAR, its name, branding, software concepts, documentation, visual materials and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred by viewing or downloading website materials.

Documentation

Technical and acquisition documents are provided for informational, evaluation and due-diligence purposes. They do not by themselves constitute a transfer agreement, license, warranty or commitment to provide future development.

Technology acquisition

Any acquisition, license or transfer of the VELAR technology asset is subject to a separate definitive written agreement. The scope of transferred source code, assets, licenses, accounts and services must be expressly defined in that agreement.

Accuracy and development status

VELAR materials distinguish implemented architecture from future development opportunities. Visitors should conduct appropriate technical and legal due diligence before entering a transaction.
